Fabulous staff and so friendly. I phone for an appointment and someone answers the phone right away (after the usual speel about emergencies and such). I was new to Ladysmith a year ago so they were very helpful in setting me up for online lab services too. Never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment either. So glad they are nearby.

You cannot reach a human 95% of the calls you make, they will not take phone messages and you must speak with the actual receptionist (you can’t reach 95% of the time) to make an appointment to book anything, get referrals, renew prescriptions, even to pick up or drop off a document. Therefore you have to call dozens and dozens of times hoping to get lucky. While COVID-19 has made many other clinics improve their systems this clinic’s system has gotten far worse and wastes your time.

The receptionist is abrupt, very unfriendly and should not be in a position to deal with patients calling for appointments. You can never get an appointment with your Dr. and she had me in tears the other morning when I called. I was not feeling well and felt worse after calling.
