Dr. Swift was able to figure out what was wrong with my dog. She often phoned me on her days off with an update. This clinic shows great dedication to animals.
My healthy 4yo cat experienced an accidental injury, and after 2 days of treatment & their professionals telling me that she would make a good recovery, things changed because of cost.The quote for her treatment was inflated quadruple.Their attitude quickly shifted from compassionate and hopeful, to dismissive and forceful regarding euthanasia.Vet recommended I take her home, THEN retracted that and said they would report me if I did so.Milk you for all your worth and end up with a dead pet.
My cat is a street cat. They recommended to spay my cat because they said my cat didn't spay. However, they find out my cat already be spayed AFTER they cut her belly. When I ask them, them just said they didn't make any mistake. They even didn't say sorry!!!!!!IT WAS HORRIBLE!!NO RECOMMEND!!Want to tell everyone DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!!!
We are sorry you are upset with your experience at our Hospital. We do recommend to spay and neuter all non breeding cats as they are more likely to live a longer, healthier life.Unfortunately as was in the case of your cat, her history was unknown and there was no signs of previous spay surgery externally. It was only discovered that she was previously spayed when no uterus or ovaries were found internally.

Ospika Animal Hospital is the best! They have a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff is very helpful and friendly! I always receive great service and my dog always gets spoiled with a treat!
I have been taking my animals to this hospital for more than 20 years and have always received courteous, compassionate and professional service. I would and do highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for their pets.

TERRIBLE!
The service I have recieved here has been TERRIBLE! No regard for your pet and like previously mentioned, YOU as an individual that cares about your pets quality care. I made a move to this vet from my previous vet and I regret it IMMENSELY! Don't waste your time OR your money because believe me they will soak you for everything you have, even if it's nothing...

It was an emotional time for us and you extended us your most professional and compassionate care. You really went the extra mile to keep us informed and helped us decide on our options. If you are looking for a place to bring your pet, this is it.
This clinic is very poorly staffed and run. The staff have no compassion for your pet nor you. They are cruel when it comes to humainly putting a pet down, this is a member of the family and you would expect them to be more compassionate. I recommend you seek services of a vet from anywhere else but here.

terrible customer service
Would try using any other vet first if you expect any sort of compassion… sadly disappointed!!!
