This dr. Is by far the worst. After having her see my dog over the years when it came time for euthanasia she was impatient that my old guy was anxious and actually wanted me to reschedule. Are you kidding me?

Cares little about your animals health, and a lot about how much money you can pay.

I would rate this vet with zero stars if possible. They don’t allow for getting a second opinion from another vet without screwing you over. We were seeking other methods and advice to help our furbaby and be within a budget. Not everyone can afford expensive treatments. They cancelled a specialist appointment without our approval and refused care after finding out that we got a second opinion. Clearly they don’t care about our dogs well being. Petty place and we’re very disappointed.

Dr. Kwong was patient and allowed me the time to lure my puppy into positions for examination. I didn’t feel rushed by her and she explained treatment options in a way that I understood. I also didn’t feel financial pressure regarding treatment for my dog. This is especially important in my situation because my dogs medical issues are looking to be chronic, therefor expensive.
