The place is a mess and smells of curry Body odour. I Was completely ignored at drop off counter although both staff members saw me. I left due to this unacceptable service. I Went down the road a had my prescription filled professionally and quickly by a courteous Pharmacist!
Good quality of services, people are kind and always available. I like the fact I can send a text with my prescription and they can do the delivery for me. Always nice.
They lake the privacy. They will make you feel embarrassed by speaking loudly about your condition. The owner is racist to White. He only cares about Muslims They are not health care professionals, they are sales persons who always wanted to make the money anyhow. I don't smoke but they will ask you every single time. They don't care if you want to quit but an only thing they care is they just want to fill up a quit smoking questionnaire so that they can claim money from the government.
I was surprised when the pharmacist at iPharmacy offered to me mailing my prescription for free to Fort McMurray as I was visiting my nephew for few months. I now they deliver the medication for free but I did not know that they can mail it for free too.
I am delightful for their service.
