We purchased a Phaff Expression 4.2 machine, from Johnson’s. A month after the warranty ran out the circuit board failed, not only did we wait months for the repair we were saddled for the full price and labour. Within weeks of the repair again a failure, 5 months waiting for parts.we finally picked up our broken machine This place has no concept of customer service , they blame Phaff and of course “Covid” for their poor service. I will contact Phaff directly, hopefully they will value us.
