Terrible experien...
Terrible experience. Brought my dog in he is 14 and partially blind which I explained from the beginning. They were rough with him and he didnt want them around his face whixh I understand but they left the rest of his body choppy and still had the nerve to charge me 50$. Two thumbs down. Wont be back again

Hi Jashua, We just read your review and we would be happy to discuss your concerns as I think we might have had a miss understanding regarding your expectations. Our price for a full haircut (a small dog) starts at $75 which would explain your comment “body choppy”. For the price you paid (Renewal small dog), we do not touch the body but we work on the paws, the pads, the nails, the sanitary area, the ears and the face basically everything with the exception of the body. All of our staff members are very passionate and we handle each and every dog with great care. We design the grooming area with windows to ensure customers can see how we handle their dogs. You are even welcome to stay to help us with your special needs dog.
