SOS Locksmith

I was told over the phone the fee starts at 35 dollars and it's a 15 dollar show up fee. I then waited 35 min and was told for my truck it would be $139 the safe way and 99 for the unsafe way which would be a possible broken window. I of course was chocked and had been waiting that long so I had really no choice. I went ahead with the $139 option and then I was still charged the $15 dollars on top of that and then there was a tip option. They leave you with really no choice. Never use these guys

I called to get a quote from this company for my mother who had lost her condo mailbox keys and over the phone they quoted a $15 service charge and most likely around $125 to change the lock. He ended up charging her $240 and when I called the office to ask about this amount they said they would have to talk to the technician and he would get back to me that day. I am still waiting for my call. I am very displeased with this company and their lack of professionalism.

I was quoted $65.00 over the phone but was charged $170.00 when the technician came to unlock my truck. And now the light on the ceiling wont go out, indicating that my door is open when it isnt! So obviously there was some damaged done.
